Every job on Qualify gets a personalized match score (0–100%) based on how well it fits your preferences, experience level, and career goals. A higher score means the job is more relevant to you specifically. Every job on Qualify has already been verified as legitimate, so the score is all about finding your best matches, not filtering out fakes.

Our proprietary trust layer evaluates every job posting across multiple signals before it ever hits your feed. We look at things like recency, past company hiring and response behavior, posting velocity, and cross-board consistency. Jobs that don't pass our filters never make it to Qualify, so you only see the real ones.

Last Verified shows when we last confirmed the job is still active and the company is still hiring for this role. If a job hasn't been verified recently, we'll let you know so you can decide if it's worth applying.

By design. We only keep jobs on the platform for up to 7 days, and we filter out the majority of jobs we scrape for reasons like being ghost postings, the wrong experience level, or too old to be worth applying to. You won't see the most jobs on Qualify, but you'll see the best. If a role makes it to your feed, it's verified, fresh, and worth your time. A smaller feed is the tradeoff we make for quality over quantity.

Contact Finder helps you find the right person to reach out to at a company: a mutual from your university, someone in a similar role, the hiring manager or recruiter for that specific position. Free users get 1 lookup per day, Pro users get unlimited. Outreach through this works way better than just submitting applications into the void.

Upload your resume and we'll help you customize it for specific jobs. Our AI analyzes the job description and suggests tweaks to highlight relevant experience, match keywords, and improve your chances of getting past filters and in front of a real human reviewer. Free users get 1 tailored resume per day, Pro users get unlimited.

Yes! Free users can save up to 25 jobs. Pro users get unlimited saves. You can also track your outreach to people related to the jobs, mark jobs as 'Applied' to track your application pipeline, and add external jobs you found elsewhere to keep everything in one place.

Yes, go to Settings > Account and you can delete your account. This removes all your data including saved jobs, preferences, and any uploaded resumes. But first, if something isn't working right, email us at support@joinqualify.com. We'd love to help.
